چکیده

The yield of sweet potato vines is large, making it a good source food. However, difficult to harvest due creeping and intertwining. Therefore, according the domestic planting model, this paper designed double roll vine harvester which can complete operations picking, killing, conveying header harvesting at one time. machine adopts process front rear killing rod bar lifting. key components picking device, device lifting were calculated. A numerical simulation test was carried out by using discrete element method. It determined that length from outside inside 175 mm, 150 mm 105 respectively, inclination angle end 160°. There are six knives on each knife plate. 50°and speed 3 m/s. Using box Behnken experimental design method, taking roller speed, ground clearance as factors, rate, stubble height injury rate evaluation indexes, quadratic regression orthogonal out, effects various factors indexes analyzed, optimized verified. results showed optimal parameter combination follows: rotation should be 716 r/min, 1960 r/min 16 mm. With these parameters, 93.1%, 29.5 0.174%. As such, meets requirements for mechanized great significance light simplified product industry.

Detection of sweet potato virus C, sweet potato virus 2 and sweet potato feathery mottle virus in Portugal.

Field sweet potato plants showing virus-like symptoms, as stunting, leaf distortion, mosaic and chlorosis, were collected in southwest Portugal and tested for the presence of four potyviruses, sweet potato virus C (SPVC), sweet potato virus 2 (SPV2), sweet potato feathery mottle virus (SPFMV), sweet potato virus G (SPVG), and the crinivirus sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV). DsRNA frac...

Localization of sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV) in synergic infection with potyviruses in sweet potato.

Among diseases reported worldwidely for sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas (L) Lam) crop, one of the most frequent is the Sweet potato virus disease (SPVD), caused by sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV) and sweet potato feathery mottle virus (SPFMV) co-infection. In Argentina, there exists the sweet potato chlorotic dwarf (SPCD), a sweet potato disease caused by triple co-infection with SPCSV...

Distinct cavemoviruses interact synergistically with sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (genus Crinivirus) in cultivated sweet potato.

Two serologically unrelated sweet potato viruses causing symptoms of vein clearing in the indicator plant Ipomoea setosa were isolated and their genomes have been sequenced. They are associated with symptomless infections in sweet potato but distinct vein-clearing symptoms and higher virus titres were observed when these viruses co-infected with sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV), a vir...

IdentiWcation of molecular markers associated with sweet potato resistance to sweet potato virus disease in Kenya

Sweet potato virus disease (SPVD), a result of the co-infection of whiteXy transmitted Sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (genus Crinivirus, family Closteroviridae) and the aphid transmitted Sweet potato feathery mottle virus (genus Potyvirus, family Potyviridae), is the most destructive disease of sweet potato in East Africa. A study was conducted to establish if genotypes identiWed as resista...

Sweet-potato Scurf

The scurf disease of the sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) was first described by Halsted, who published a brief account of it in 1890. To the fungus he gave the name Monilochaetes infuscans, a new genus and species, of which, unfortunately, he gave no technical description. For many years following his pioneer work little or no attention was given to sweet-potato diseases. This very common and in...
